At Gossamer, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all Gossamer tags are intact, and affix the return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
